General Warranty
General Warranty Eligibility ‍Grower’s Choice extends warranty coverage exclusively to the original purchaser of record for products acquired through an authorized Grower’s Choice distributor. Warranty coverage is non-transferable and shall not apply to any subsequent owner, regardless of circumstances. To be eligible for warranty service, the following conditions must be satisfied at the time of claim submission:
•The product must have been purchased from an authorized distributor.
•The claimant must be the original purchaser and must provide valid proof of purchase, including the purchase date, authorized vendor name, and specific item(s) covered.
•The product must not have been subjected to misuse, improper installation, physical damage, unauthorized modification, or tampering of any kind.
•All prior warranty claims associated with the original purchaser must have been formally closed before a new claim will be considered.

‍NOTE: Warranty  coverage is void for any product sold or transferred to a party other than  the original purchaser. Second-hand ownership does not confer any warranty  rights under this policy.

Warranty coverage periods and applicable conditions vary by product category as detailed below. All products must be operated under normal operating conditions as defined by Grower’s Choice product documentation.

RMA Evaluation & Defect Assessment Process

‍All warranty claims are subject to a comprehensive evaluation process. Grower’s Choice reserves the exclusive right to inspect, test, and assess each returned unit to determine the nature and cause of the reported failure before any repair, replacement, or warranty decision is rendered.

All shipping costs, both inbound and outbound, are the sole responsibility of the claimant, without exception. Claimants may fulfill their shipping obligations through any of the following methods:

• Provide Own Shipping Label
The claimant may supply a prepaid shipping label for both inbound and return shipments. Labels must be emailed to Grower’s Choice at the time of RMA submission. Use Grower’s Choice Shipping Account — The claimant may select to ship via Grower’s Choice’s carrier account. All applicable shipping charges will be billed to the claimant and must be paid in full prior to shipment. Rates will be provided upon request. Drop-off and pick-up must be coordinated in advance by contacting Grower’s Choice to schedule an appointment. ‍
  • Shipping Accountability
‍Upon dropping off the return shipment with the carrier, the claimant must photograph the drop-off receipt and email it to Grower's Choice immediately. This documentation serves as confirmation of handoff and releases the claimant from liability in the event of carrier loss. Claims submitted without drop-off confirmation will result in severe delays. For in-person drop-offs, the claimant will receive a confirmation receipt at the time of delivery. It is the claimant’s responsibility to monitor inbound and outbound shipment tracking at all times. Any delays, exceptions, or irregular tracking activity must be reported to Grower’s Choice immediately. Do not wait multiple days before reporting a shipping concern, as delays in notification may affect the outcome of the claim.
